Obituary of Rhonda R. Logan

Rhonda R. Logan (MacDonald) of Yardley, died Sunday, October 16 at Chandler Hall Hospice in Newtown. Mrs. Logan was born in Norristown on April 25, 1953, a daughter of the late Robert E. and Dorothy (Garis) MacDonald. She was 63 years of age. Mrs. MacDonald graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School and received her AA in Education from Montgomery County Community College. She was the vice-president of a savings and loan bank where she did quite a bit of professional training. Later, she worked as a mortgage specialist. Mrs. Logan was a member of the American Society of Training and Development in connection with her work as a professional trainer. From the time she was a child, Mrs. Logan was engaged in dance, eventually becoming an assistant dance instructor at the school where she studied. She won several competitions in ballroom dancing. Mrs. Logan is survived by her husband of 42 years, Robert J. Logan. Also surviving is her son, Scott Logan (Melissa) of New Jersey, her grandsons, Noah and Nathaniel, and her brothers, John MacDonald of Palmerton, Tom MacDonald of Collegeville, and Glenn MacDonald of Wilkes-Barre. She was preceded in death by her brother, Scott MacDonald. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service, Thursday, October 20, at 11:00 AM at Trinity United Church of Christ, 2009 Church Road, Skippack, PA. Officiating will be Rev. Michael Evans, pastor of Trinity UCC. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Contributions in Mrs. Logan's memory may be made to the charity of your choice .
