Obituary of Adeline A. D'Elia Patel

Adeline A. D’Elia Patel, 64, of Plymouth Meeting, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017. She was born in Conshohocken, PA on April 3, 1952, the daughter of the late Michael August D’Elia and Michaelina (Langianese) D’Elia. Adeline has been living in Plymouth Meeting for 45 years, formerly of Conshohocken where she was a member of the former SS. Cosmas and Damian RC Church. She was a very charitable person and enjoyed helping those in need. Adeline enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She was passionate about food, and enjoyed sharing that passion with her family. Adeline is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years, Nainesh Patel of Plymouth Meeting; daughter, Michelle ( & Jim) Volk of East Norriton; two sons, Dhruv David Patel of Plymouth Meeting and Daniel Patel of East Norriton; two sisters, Mary ( & Phil) Marrara of Germyn, PA, and Michaelina ( & John) Cifelli of Worcester; brother, Michael ( & Monica) D'Elia of Hatfield; two grandsons, Ryan & Nicholas Kaso; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Adeline was preceded in death by her sister, Frances Breha, and her brother in law, Steve Breha. Her Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 11:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401. Friends may call on Wednesday morning from 9:30 AM to 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment will take place in St. Patrick's Cemetery, East Norriton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Missionary Sisters of Charity, 630 Dekalb St., Norristown, PA 19401.
