Dr. Gregory Williams  

Dr. Gregory Williams, 76, of Collegeville, PA passed away Monday, November 17, 2025.

He was born in Newark, NJ on December 6, 1948, the son of the late Guy and the late Leola (Ball) Williams.

Dr. Williams had been living in Collegeville for the last 3 years, formerly of Blue Bell, PA.  His studies and work moved him to several places including Newark, NJ, Washington, DC, London, England and Chestnut Hill, PA.

He earned his Undergraduate and Medical Degrees from Howard University, and completed his Internship and Specialty training in Psychiatry from Hahnemann, with a specialty in Child Psychiatry. He practiced in the Philadelphia area until retiring.

Dr. Williams enjoyed playing chess, horseback riding, travel, cars, music, and computers.

Dr. Williams is survived by his former wife, Carrie Williams of Blue Bell, PA, son, Dr. Eric A. Williams of Eagleville, PA, his daughter, Dr. Ayasha Williams-Sharron of Chevy Chase, MD, his daughter, Michelle Bissol of Collegeville, PA and his grandchildren Gabrielle and Logan Williams, Kai and Miles Sharron, and Jacob and Naya Bissol.

His Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 10:30 AM and will be provided by Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA.

Friends may call on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Schwenksville Cemetery, Schwenksville, Pa.
