Bruno Petrillo, Sr.  

Bruno Petrillo, Sr., 87, of Collegeville, PA passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2026. 

He was born in Prata, on October 28, 1938, the son of the late Matteo and the late Antoinetta (Sementa) Petrillo.

Bruno had been living in Collegeville, Pa for over 20 years, formerly of Norristown, Pa and he was born and raised in Italy.

He was a member of St. Teresa of Avila RC Church.

Bruno served as a Councilman with Norristown Borough.  And he was a member of Knights of Columbus of Norristown.

He worked with 7 Up Corporation then as a Self Employed Real Estate Broker with Petrillo Real Estate.

He is survived by his longtime Companion and Caregiver Theresa Bednarczyk of Collegeville, son Bruno (Christine) Petrillo of North Wales, son Carlo (Maria) Petrillo of Eagleville, daughter Roseann (Robert) Michetti of Audubon, sister Aquilina "Lin"a Pastore of Rosemont, sister Maria Pia Scola of Philadelphia, sister Claudia "Rita" Petrillo of Voorhees, Also survived by his Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and many Nieces and Nephews.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Antoinette Rath, and siblings Luigi Petrillo, Agnes Iasiello, Ezio Petrillo, Carmelina Novak, Maria "Nina" Cianci, Nunziatina "Tina" Costollo and Elio Petrillo.

His Funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM from St. Teresa of Avila RC Church, 1260 S. Trooper Road, Audubon, PA.

Friends may call on Friday, May 1, 2026 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the church. 

Interment will take place in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA.  

Memorial Contributions may be made in her memory to St. Teresa of Avila RC Church, 1260 South Trooper Road, Audubon, Pa 19403.
