Obituary of Margaret B. Kotch

Margaret B. (Heidel) Kotch of Limerick, Pa. passed away Friday, November 22, 2013 at Paoli Memorial Hospital of Paoli, Pa. She was 85. Born in Norristown, Pa. on Sept. 20, 1928, Margaret was living in Limerick, Pa. with her son. Formerly of Collegeville and Norristown, where she was born and raised. Margaret was a graduate of Stewart Middle School and Norristown High School class of 1946. She retired from United States Liability Insurance Company of King of Prussia. Margaret was an avid card player at the Lyceum Senior Center and St. Mary's in Conshohocken and she was a bingo lover. She also enjoyed playing slots at the casinos. One of her passions was watching her granddaughter play softball. She is survived by two sons, Frank A. Kotch of Limerick, Pa. and Stephen J. (Kathie) Kotch of Collegeville, Pa.; two daughters Patricia (Charles) Holyfield of East Lyme, Conn. and Christine (Robert) Diegel of Limerick, Pa.; grandchildren Stephen (Heidi) of Gales Ferry, Conn., Jennifer (Aaron) of State College, Pa. and Stephanie of Limerick, Pa.; two great-grandchildren, Garrett and Olivia Holyfield of Gales Ferry, Conn.; two step-grandsons Kevin and Shaun Gallagher of Collegeville, Pa., as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Along with her husband Frank A. Kotch, she was predeceased by her parents Raymond L. Heidel and Margaret (Eckman), her stepfather Monroe Yocum, and a daughter-in-law Beth Kotch. Her family invites friends, relatives and acquaintances to join in celebrating Margaret's life on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Copperfield Inn at Lakeside, 594 West Ridge Pike, Limerick, Pa 19468. Interment will be private in St. Patrick's Cemetery, East Norriton.
