Obituary of Raymond C. McArdle, Jr.

Raymond C. McArdle, Jr., 74, of Limerick, PA passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024.

 

He was born in Norristown, Pa on August 23, 1950, the son of the late Raymond C. and the late Frances (Jacquot) McArdle, Sr..

Ray has been living in Limerick since August 2023.  He grew up in West Conshohocken and then moved to Conshohocken where he lived most of his life before moving to Limerick.

 

He worked with the Stroehmann Baking Company for over 34 years.

 

He enjoyed watching the Phillies and going to the casino. He was always searching for the latest Hot Wheels TreaureHunt and had a deep love for the Beatles music.He most enjoyed spending time with his family and he was known to always have a joke.

 

He was the husband of Maryann ( Galarus ) McArdle.

 

Survivors include Wife Maryann McArdle of Limerick, Pa, Daughter Denise (Steve) Hughes of Conshohocken, Pa, Daughter Sharon (Steve) Lee of Royersford, Pa, Daughter Careyann McArdle of Conshohocken, Pa, Daughter Holly (Chris) Armstrong of Norristown, Pa, Brother Robert McArdle of Pottstown, Pa, Sister Audrey Terpoilli of West Chester, Pa.  Also survived by his grandchildren Justin, William, Avery, Kylie, Kaitlyn and Julianna.

 

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Joan (Macrone) McArdle and his sisters Patricia Rupp and Shirley Whitley.

 

His Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

Friends may call on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.

 

Interment will be private.
