Dennis has lived in Collegeville, Pa for the last 30 years, formerly of Norristown, Pa He was a member of St. Eleanor's RC Church of Collegeville, Pa He worked as a meat cutter with Giant of Limerick and had worked with Landis/Redner's as well as Genuardi Super Markets He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed the outdoors skiing & camping and coached baseball in the Central Perk League He also voluntered as a Scout Leader with the Boy Scouts of Schwenksville and was a member of Friends of Bill He most loved spending time with his family and friends and supporting all the activities his nieces & nephews where involved with.

Obituary of Dennis M. Magargal

Dennis M. Magargal, age 55 of Collegeville, died Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Phoenixville Hospital of Phoenixville with his family and friends by his side. Mr. Magargal was born September 28, 1957 in Norristown, son of Elizabeth (Cunningham) Magargal of Douglassville and the late Russell Magargal. He is the husband of Arlene (Dever) Magargal. Dennis has lived in Collegeville for the last 30 years, formerly of Norristown. He was a member of St. Eleanor's RC Church of Collegeville. He worked as a meat cutter with Giant of Limerick and had also worked with Landis/Redner's as well as Genuardi Super Markets. He was an avidsports fan and enjoyed the outdoors especially skiing and camping and coached baseball in the Central Perk League. He also volunteered as a Scout Leader with the Boy Scouts of Schwenksville and was a member of Friends of Bill. He most loved spending time with his family and friends and was an avid supporter of all the activities his nieces and nephews were involved with. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a son, Jyle Magargal of Gilbertsville; daughter, Lauren Magargal of Collegeville; brother, Russell Magargal of Flat Top, WV; sister, Karen Slattery of Douglassville; grandson, Michael and six nieces and nephews. His memorial mass will be held Monday, February 18, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Eleanor's RC Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA 19426 with Msgr Patrick Sweeney officiating. Interment will follow in St. Matthew's Cemeterty of Conshohocken. There will be a visitation on Monday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at the church.
