Norma has lived most of her life in Philadelphia, Pa She was a member of St. Eleanor's RC Church of Collegeville, Pa and a former member St. Martin of Tours RC Church of Philadelphia, Pa, where she was also a member of their Soldality Group. Graduate of Hallahan High School, class of 1954. Norma was a homemaker and also worked with the City of Philadelphia Licenses and Inspections.

Obituary of Norma J. LePera

Norma J. (Mangoni) LePera, 81, formerly of Philadelphia, most recently residing in Harleysville, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by love after a long battle with multiple health complications on Saturday January 6, 2018. She was born in small coal mining town in Western PA on February 18, 1936. Norma lived, worked and raised her family in Philadelphia, Pa She was a member of St. Eleanor's RC Church of Collegeville, Pa, during the twilight of her life. She was a member St. Martin of Tours RC Church of Philadelphia, Pa, for 40 years where she was also a member of their Sodality Group. Graduate of Hallahan High School, class of 1954. Norma was a homemaker and also worked with the City of Philadelphia, Department of Licenses and Inspections. Norma married the love of her life in 1956 at St. Michael's RC Church in Philadelphia. Norma was a devout Catholic with a special affinity to the Blessed Mother. She spent her life putting the Lord first in all she did and said. She was a model of kindness, selflessness and peace. She showed her love and devotion to her family through her constant hard work and concern for all of us. Daughter of the late Dominic & Minnie (Mannocchi) Mangoni Beloved wife of the late – Anthony C. LePera Survivors include her Son: Robert (& Debbie) LePera Merion Station PA Son: Joseph (& Donna) LePera Broomall PA Daughter: June (& Daniel) Wilson Collegeville PA Daughter: Carol (& Jamie) Dugery Collegeville PA Son: Richard (& Lisa) LePera Broomall PA Brother: Perry (& Peggy) Mangoni Philadelphia PA Also survived by a Sister-in- Law Rita, Cousin Jennie Lou Mazur and family. And 12 Grandchildren: Judith, Racheal, Marc, Jessica, Capri, Anthony R., Andrew, Anthony T., Mary, J.C., Rosie & Sophia and 4 Great Grandchildren Joanna, Giovanni, Raelynn, & Abigail. Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother Robert Mangoni Her Funeral Mass will be held on Monday January 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM from the St. Eleanor's RC Church 647 Locust Street, Collegeville Friends may call on Sunday January 14, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home 224 West Main Street Trappe PA 19426 Interment will take place in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA immediately following the mass.
