Obituary of Lisa Ann Hernan

Lisa Ann Hernan, 51, of Collegeville, Pa., passed away on March 5, 2018.

Lisa was the beloved wife of Michael, devoted mother of Samantha and Julia, and loving daughter of Joanna M. Capertino (nee Iacovone) and the late Silvio Capertino. She will also be missed by her extended family and dear friends. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Thursday, March 8, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home (224 West Main Street, Trappe, Pa., 19426) and to a Memorial Service on Friday, March 9, at 10:45 a.m. at The Hill School Alumni Chapel (860 Beech Street, Pottstown, Pa., 19464).
