Joseph has lived in Conshohocken, Pa since 1973, formerly of Norristown, Pa He was a member of Holy Saviour RC Church of Norristown, Pa Graduate of Norristown High School. He served in the US Marines during the Korean War and received the Good Conduct Medal. Joseph was a meat cutter at Carl Venezia Meats, which he owned and operated with his brothers. He was a member of Horse Breeders Association, American Legion and an avid member of NRA.
