Michael D. Cermanski, formerly of West Conshohocken ,age 63, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. Born in Bryn Mawr, PA on February 24, 1951, Michael has been living in Harrisburg, Pa since 1985. He was formerly of West Conshohocken. He was a member of St. Margaret Mary RC Church of Harrisburg, Pa and a former member of St. Gertrude of West Conshohocken & St. Matthew's RC Church of Conshohocken. He was a retired Master Plumber and a graduate of Upper Merion High School and Penn State University with Honors. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council No. 869 of Harrisburg, Pa and Fourth Degree member of Assembly # 917, Bishop J. W. Shanahan of Harrisburg. Michael enjoyed photography, cooking, and camping He is survived by his wife, Theresa (Jacobs) Cermanski of Harrisburg and two daughters, Theresa (& Rob) Westwood of Collegeville and Michelle Cermanski of Harrisburg. He is also survived by three brothers, John Cermanski of New York, Robert Cermanski of Phoenixville and David Cermanski of Lafayette Hill; a sister Kathleen Peters of Collegeville; and a granddaughter, Lily. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ann "Nancy" (Maguire) Cermanski and a sister, Patricia Cermanski. His Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 28, 2014 at 10:30 AM from the St. Matthew's RC Church, Third & Fayette Street, Conshohocken, Pa 19428. Fr. J. Thomas Heron is officiating. Friends may call on Monday morning from 9:30 to 10:20 AM at the Church. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of your choice.
