Izella L. Jacoby , 89, of East Norriton, PA passed away on Friday November 13, 2015 . She was born in Temple, PA on December 17, 1925. Izella has lived in East Norriton since 1953 She was born and raised in Temple, Pa She was a member of Plymouth Meeting Evangelical Congregational Church of Plymouth Meeting, Pa where she was the Sunday School Teacher for over 40 years, and the former President of the Missionary Society Izella was also a member of Norristown Garden Club for over 50 years Daughter of the Late Stewart & Izella ( Hasker ) Arnold Survivors include her Husband of 70 years, Richard T.
