Joseph has lived in West Norriton for the last 3 years, formerly of Conshohocken where he lived most of his life He was a member of St. Matthew's RC Church where he was an Eucharistic Minister Graduate of Archbishop Kennedy High School class of 1976, He was a member of AKHS Football Alumni Joe worked with Valley Forge National Park, the the US Postal service at Devon, Joseph was an avid Philadelphia Sports fan, and Notre Dame Fan as well as a Ursinus College Fan He was known as a Jack of all trades and refered to as " Handyman Joe"

Joseph R. Kelly, 57, of Norristown, PA passed away on December 29, 2015. He was born in Norristown, PA on May 13, 1958. Joseph had lived in West Norriton for the last 3 years, formerly of Conshohocken where he lived most of his life. He was a member of St. Matthew's RC Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister. Graduate of Archbishop Kennedy High School class of 1976, Joseph served in the US Navy. He was a member of AKHS Football Alumni. Joe worked with Valley Forge National Park, then the US Postal service at Devon. Joseph was an avid Philadelphia Sports fan, Notre Dame Fan as well as a Ursinus College Fan. He was known as a Jack of all trades and referred to as "Handyman Joe". Son of the late William J. & Patricia A. (Golas) Kelly. Survivors include his Wife of 28 years: Lucille Kelly of Norristown PA, Son: Kyle Kelly of Manayunk PA, Daughter: Courtney (& Christopher Rountree) of West Norriton PA, Son: Corey Kelly of West Norriton PA, Brother: Fr. William J. Kelly of Pittman NJ, Brother: Shaun J. (& Kathleen) Kelly of West Norriton PA, Sister: Colleen D'Annunzio of Pottstown PA, Brother: Christopher (& Maria) Kelly of Phoenixville PA. Also survived by his grandchildren Blakelyn & Christopher Trey, and by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces & Nephews. His Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM from the St. Matthew's RC Church, Third & Fayette Streets, Conshohocken.Clergy: Fr. William J. Kelly officiating. Friends may call on Monday morning from 9:30 to 11:00AM at the Church. Interment will be private in St. Benedict's Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to: "The Kelly Family", c/o 300 Fayette St., Conshohocken, PA 19428 for the benefit of his children's education.
