Obituary of John Fedgechin

John Fedgechin, age 93, of East Norriton, PA passed away peacefully on Friday December 20, 2019.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 17, 1926, the son of the late Thomas and Catherine (Kowal) Fedgechin.

John was a resident of Plymouth Meeting for 50 years prior to moving to Brightview Senior Living of East Norriton.  He was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord RC Church of Plymouth Meeting.

John honorably served in the U.S. Army in World War II. John retired in 2004 after a long career as a Mechanical Technician and Materials Specialist in the electronics and communications field.

Most of all, he was a devoted family man. 

John is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Elizabeth A. (Seargent) Fedgechin of East Norriton;

Three daughters, Irene Fedgechin of East Norriton, Ann (& Peter) Bianco of Blue Bell and Jean Alic (& Rick Ragan) of  Lansdale;

Son, Thomas (& Michele) Fedgechin of Hardeeville, SC;

Four grandchildren, Irene Alic, Andrea Gula, Pietro Max Bianco and Ben Fedgechin;

As well as one great grandson, Jack Gula, one great granddaughter Peyton Baron, a nephew Joseph (& Marsha) Fedgchin, and a niece Annette (& Mark) Guarini.

Along with his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother, Benjamin Fedgchin.   

In accord with his wishes, services and interment will be private.
