Raymond L. Marcil  

Raymond L. Marcil, age 82, of Blue Bell, PA passed away peacefully on  Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

He was born in Pawtucket, RI on December 11, 1937, the son of the late Henry and the late Mary Jane ( Bonnafe ) Marcil.

Raymond resided in Plymouth Meeting, PA where he lived for over 50 years and more recently in Blue Bell for the last 2 years.

He was an active member of Epiphany of Our Lord RC Church of Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Ray worked as an Electrical Engineer with RCA, Leeds Northrup, and IBM.

He was the husband of Eleanor M. ( Hudson ) Marcil.

Surviving family members include his Wife Eleanor Marcil of Blue Bell, PA, Daughter Marie (& Robert ) Brislin of Chaddsford, PA, Son Mark (& Meg) Marcil of Zieglersville, PA, Daughter Michelle (& Todd) Biggs of Littleton, CO, Daughter Megan (& Carlos) Regnier of Portland, OR, sister Theresa Corriveau of South Attleboro, MA, Sister Jeanne Schmidt of West Hartford, CT. Raymond excelled at spoiling his grandchildren Mary Alice, John, Jillian, Scott, Mia, Lucia Ray, Eleana & Liam.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson John Brislin, and 2 brothers Richard Marcil & Fr. George Marcil.

His Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 11:00 AM from Epiphany Of Our Lord Church, 3050 Walton Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Friends may call on Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:45 AM at the church.

Interment will be private.
