Janet I. (Rockefeller) Mahoney, 78, of Plymouth Meeting, PA passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020.

She was born in Albany, New York on September 8, 1941, the daughter of the late Percy L. and the late Virginia ( Schultz ) Rockefeller.

Janet has lived most of her life in Plymouth Meeting, PA, she grew up in Winsted, CT.

Janet enjoyed playing cards, going to the casinos and spending time with her beloved family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was a Homemaker and had also worked with Colonial School District at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School of Plymouth Meeting, Pa.

 Survivors include Son Robert (& Beth Ann) Mahoney Jr. of Plymouth Meeting, Son Richard (& Gale) Mahoney of Blue Bell, Son Ronald (& Margaret) Mahoney of King of Prussia, her grandchildren Ronald Mahoney, Jr., Kristen Gonzalez, Michael Mahoney, Jessica Mahoney, Philip Mahoney, Lauren Mahoney, Matthew Mahoney, Joseph Mahoney and Brandon Mahoney, also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her former husband Robert M. Mahoney, Sr., a granddaughter Nicole Mahoney and a great granddaughter Natalie.

Her Funeral Mass will be held Monday, August 17, 2020 at 10:30 AM from St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

Friends may call on Monday, August 17, 2020 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to: American Cancer Society, 1818 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pa 19103.

Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
