Obituary of Tracy D. Bell

Tracy Dishields Bell transitioned from this life on August 16, 2020 at Pennsylvania Hospital.

Tracy was born on November 30, 1962 in Montgomery Hospital in Norristown, PA to her parents, Carrie P. Mobley and the late Donald Bell. 

Tracy accepted Christ and joined St. Paul’s Baptist Church of Conshohocken, PA at an early age.  She later attended Ebenezer Church in Norristown.    

Tracy attended local schools including Harvey S. Walker and Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School, Class of 1981.  She went on to further her education at Community College of Philadelphia, pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts. 

Tracy worked as a Packer for Lucky Vitamin for many years, followed by becoming a Shelter Monitor at the Salvation Army in Norristown.  She enjoyed reading her Bible, journaling and working with people.  She especially loved children.  Her smile and big personality would light up a room.  She was very involved in her NA fellowship. 

Tracy leaves to mourn her longtime companion and best friend, Holland “Chris” Livingston; her mother, Carrie Mobley; her sister, Tonya Mobley-Hall; her brother, Michael Bell; her daughters, Ashley and Jetta; her granddaughters, Rian, Saige and Sophya; her niece, Asia; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

Tracy was preceded in death by her father, Donald Bell and grandparents, Eugene B. and Pearl Inez Mobley.  

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Friday, August 21, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.  The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM.  Due to present public health concerns, please wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.   

Interment will be private and held at a later date.
