Joanne has been living in Lansdale, Pa since 1978, formerly of Dresher, Pa. She was a retired Dental Assistant. Daughter of the late Frank & Ruth ( Critchfield ) Winnings. Survivors include her Son: Robert F. Baughman, Jr. Nashville TN Her Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, Pa 19426. Friends may call on Monday Morning from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Arlington National Cemetery.
