I first met Eric at our shore house a few years ago when he came to visit Erin. We shared similar interest in sports and a ridiculously funny show called the Trailer Park Boys. May you take comfort in knowing an angel is watching over your family. I am very sorry for your loss. God Bless.

My heart is just so broken for the Etniers. I know how close of a family they are since we lived next door growing up. Eric was such a sweet little boy when he was little. My memory will always be of that toe-headed adorable child. I know my dad was there when he came into heaven ❤️ My thoughts and prayers are with you all

I'm so sorry for your loss. I was at the scene right after it happened. He had such a peaceful look on his face. There was at least 8 of us there, trying to help him. He was not alone. I hope you can find comfort knowing this.

This is Eric’s father. I can not express the gratitude our family has for these comments. It takes a special person to take the time to reach out to a family that has experienced such a devastating tragedy. Our family finds great solace from your words. It allows us to know what really took place instead of visualizing in our own mind what happened. Again, thank you so much and may God bless you and your family.
