Obituary of Louise W. Wilson

Louise W. Wilson, age 89, of Collegeville, PA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at her home.

She was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late John F. and Ethel C. Warren.

Louise was raised in Carlisle, PA and lived in West Chester, PA before moving to Collegeville in 1962.  

She worked began her career as a School Nurse and later became a School Counselor for the Perkiomen Valley School District. Louise was a true people-person and enjoyed gardening, flowers, and birdwatching.  

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years Yerkes; daughter, Lori; and two sisters, May Warren of Carlisle, PA and Ethel Lackey of Lexington, KY. 

Along with her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Warren of Schwenksville, PA.  

Due to present public health concerns, funeral services and interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, Louise's family would appreciate contributions made in her memory to the Lankenau Medical Center Foundation.
