Obituary of John W. Crist

John W. Crist, Sr., age 84, a lifelong resident of the Collegeville area, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at his home.

He was born in Phoenixville, PA on March 24, 1937, the son of the late John Herbert and Esther Elizabeth (Heaney) Crist.

John worked as a Supervisor for the former Uniform Tube Co.  He enjoyed shooting pool, especially in clubs in the Royersford and Pottstown areas.  

Survivors include his beloved wife of 61 years, Agnes A. (Hurley) Crist of Royersford; son, David (& Donna) Crist of Schwenksville, sister, Mary Lou (& Donald) Goff; as well as three grandchildren four great grandchildren.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, John W. Crist, Jr., and sister, Kathleen Bogdan.  

His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 12:00 PM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA 19426.  

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Thursday morning from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home.  

Interment will take place in St. Luke's UCC Cemetery, Trappe, PA.
