Obituary of Dolores M. Schank
Dolores M. Schank, age 98, of Conshohocken, PA passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at her home.
She was born in Phoenixville, PA on September 1, 1922, the daughter of the late Joseph and Ann (Cutillo) Marchegiano.
Dee has been a resident of Conshohocken since 1945. She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Matthew's RC Church, where she was a member of the Ladies' Auxiliary, Altar Society, and the Seniors' Club.
She was the wife of the late John F. Schank.
She is survived by her son, John F. (& Stephanie) Schank, Jr. of Fairfax, VA;
son, Gregory (& Joan) Schank of Powell, TN;
daughter, Dolores "Dee Dee" (& Thomas) Bernstiel of Eagleville, PA;
daughter, Tish Burkholz (& James Carbo) of Plymouth Meeting, PA;
son, Richard Schank (& George Kyle) of Long Beach, CA;
12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her husband and parents, Dee was preceded in death by her daughter, Joanne Beeler; grandson, Brian Schank; and siblings, Andrew Dellaquilla, Dominic Dellaquilla, Mary Reis, Anne Willauer, Dolly Sencendorfer, Louis Marchegiano, Catherine Devlin and Anthony Marchegiano.
Her Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 10:30 AM from St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Relatives and friends may call on Friday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Church. The family requests that all attending wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
Interment will take place in St. Matthew's Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA.
