Obituary of Rafael Morales

Rafael Morales, 72, of Norristown, PA passed away on April 1, 2016. He was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico, on October 4, 1943 to the late Pedro and Emrasma (Diaz) Morales. Rafael has been living in the Norristown area since 2006, formerly of the Bronx, NY. Before retiring, he worked as a grave digger at Montefiore Cemetery in New York. Survivors include his wife, Margarita Morales of Norristown, PA; daughter, Claritza Jaramillo of Norristown, PA; daughter, Myrna Rivera of Norristown, PA; and 6 grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, & a Great Great Granddaughter. In addition to his parents, Rafael was preceded in death by his son, Roberto Rivera. His Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 10:30AM from the Saint Patrick RC Church, 714 Dekalb Street, Norristown, PA 19401. Fr. Gus Puleo will be officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday evening, April 6, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and on Thursday morning, April 7, 2016 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 E. Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401. Interment will take place in St. Patrick's Cemetery, East Norriton, PA In Lieu of flowers donations in Rafael's memory may be made to: American Heart Association, 1 Penn Center at Suburban Station, 1617 JFK Blvd., Ste 700 Philadelphia, Pa 19103.
