I was reading the Knights newsletter and noticed Thomas's passing. I had lived in Colorado previously (as well as CA, TX, & PA). I am sorry I never met him, as we shared the same last name & somewhere probably related. May he rest in peace, my fellow Sir Knight!

My deepest condolences to Tom’s family. Tom’s smile could instantly light up a room. I have fond memories of working together spending time with him in Colorado. He was energetic, had a heart of gold and fun to be around.

I met Tom taking him to VA appointments. He was a very good guy with a giant voice. I was just thinking of him a week or so ago, and started looking to contact him, now I find he's gone. Very sad. If Lucy needs a home I'd be glad to take her.

Tom was a kind, thoughtful, and faithful man.
I’m eternally great full for his being there for my son.
Also as a Marine Vietnam Veteran, I hold him in awe of his service to our country. May God welcome Tom into his loving arms.

I was very sad to have learnt of Tom’s passing this evening. Tom was a colleague and we shared the connection of being veterans who spent significant time abroad. I wish I had known more of Tim’s internal struggles in order to try do more. Tom’s passing will stick with me and I will raise a glass to toast his commitment and service.

Tom, Donna and family, Tommy was a part of everyone's family with his open, giving arms and loving heart and never knew a stranger. His smile was the face of the Class of '07 at SFDHS and thanks for the wonderful memories of Stallion football and for living life to the fullest in Faith, Family and Friends. RIP TA #75

Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Tom was a special friend who will always be remembered as a person who cared deeply for those around him. I especially remember working with Tom in Indiana, a Christmas Party in Lafayette, and great times spent together in Colorado bowling and eating dinner with friends. May Tom’s commitment to God, Family, and Country never be forgotten by those of us who knew him best.

Tom was a friend and trusted colleague. He was an outspoken beacon of riotousness, that shined through his devotion to God and patriotism for our country.
I miss his boisterous approach and ingratiating smile.
Tom’s family and friends remain in my prayers. I trust that from the comfort of our Father’s hands, Tom is smiling peacefully upon us.

Sending my deepest condolences to the whole family. Tom was always so caring to those around him. He was full
of energy and life.
I remember the first time we got him to play a little golf with us out in Colorado. Let’s just say that he and I shared the same golf handicap which is to say he and I mostly went just to hang out with the others…

To the Albany family
On behalf of the Saint Francis DeSales High School family please accept our deepest sympathy for the loss of this beautiful soul. Tom’s impact here at SFD was powerful and enduring. To those who were blessed to work with him we were not surprised by his desire to serve others. He truly personified what we are called to be as people of faith. In essence, to be selfless and to live in service to others. His care, compassion and sensitivity was apparent at an early age. For that we thank God and his beautiful family.
Our community and world was made better by Tom and we will miss him tremendously. Heaven has another Angel and Tom’s friends and families can be reassured they have a guardian from above.
May those who love Tom find peace through Christ’s love and warmth in your memories. Eternal rest be granted to him O Lord and may perpetual light shine upon him.
Peace and God’s Blessings

Tom had the biggest heart of anyone I ever met. We shared so many things in common..both having lived in Lafayette, IN; both being eagle scouts; both sharing our faith at Our Lady of the Valley in Windsor, CO. He took me in as a great friend and showed me the importance of living everyday as an honorable man. Earlier this year around my birthday, we cooked on his charcoal grill 9 days in a row! It was so much more than that though. I will carry him always in my heart and think of him especially when it comes to God, country, and family. I love you Tom, may we meet again Your friend, Walt

So many memories of this nephew who made a giant presence. Great laugh, wide smile and big heart. Loved our times at the beach house with him, his family's Thanksgiving visits, being there to greet him as he came back from serving our country and making him his favorite shrimp chowder. He was a true patriot and loved his church. He left a large hole in our family.

Tommy signed this ornament for Greg and I. I always hang it front and center on our tree. Will always remember his smile and laugh! I laugh ever time I think of him”protecting the perimeter” at our beach house! Love you Tommy!

Tom was and will always be one of my favorite students. Always smiling, happy, caring, and loving. He was a friend to all and knew no enemies. Tom's heart was large, and he made an effort to get to know or help everyone. I loved his patriotism. Even as a sixth-grader, he was a true-blue American! May God bless his sweet soul, and may God bring comfort to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.
