Obituary of Rachel E. Doto

With deepest sorrow, we announce that Rachel Elizabeth Doto, age 21, most beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend passed away suddenly on December 15, 2021.

Rachel was born in Paoli, PA on December 4, 2000, the youngest daughter of Greg and Judy (Domenick) Doto.  She will be missed everyday by her loving parents, her sister Jen, Grandmother Marie (D’Angelo) Domenick, Grandfather Don Doto, Uncle Bobby and Aunt Lia, Uncle Billy and Aunt Sue, Uncle Mark (Domenick), Aunt Suzanne, Uncle Charlie and Aunt Jean, Aunt Kathy, Uncle Mark (Doto), Uncle Scott and Aunt Uma, Uncle Dom and Aunt Tina, her loving cousins, and her best friend/roommate Jackie.

We know Rachel is now with her Pop Pop, Robert (Bobby) Domenick, Sr. and her Nanna, Peggy (Lyons) Doto as well as Uncle Alan Paz who preceded her in death.

Rachel grew up in Trappe, PA.  She is a 2019 graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School.  Rachel was an Environmental Studies major at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She was funny, spirited, and cared for others in the purest way. Rachel was highly compassionate, free of judgment of others, and loved everyone for who they were because she wished the best for them.  Those who knew her lost a shining light in their lives.

When you think of Rachel, celebrate the good memories you have of her remembering that life is fragile and should be lived to the fullest.

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 5:00pm- 7:00pm and on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home located at 224 W Main Street Trappe, PA 19426.

Funeral Services will be held immediately following at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero followed by interment at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens in King of Prussia, PA.

In lieu of flowers, Rachel's family would appreciate memorial contributions made in her name to Project HOME (projecthome.org/donate) or the Pennsylvania SPCA (pspca.org).
