Obituary of Joseph R. Rush

Joseph R. Rush, age 78, of West Norriton, PA passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.

He was born in Phoenixville, PA on October 8, 1943, the son of the late Joseph Rush and the late Viola (Kelemen) Pintkowski.

Joe has been living in West Norriton since 2004, formerly of Plymouth Meeting, PA.  He worked as an Auto Mechanic.  

He honorably served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. 

He is survived by his wife, Teresa A. (Sparacino) Rush of West Norriton; son, Robert Rush of Utica, NY; two step daughters, Tracy (& William) Anderson of Greensboro, NC and Alicia DiGennaro (& Joseph Lee) of New York, NY; and four grandchildren, Ryan, Rebecca, Samuel and Jack.  

Relatives and friends may call in Church on Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM, followed by the Memorial Mass at 10:30 AM in Visitation BVM RC Church, 196 N. Trooper Road, Norristown, PA 19403.  

The Committal with Military Honors will take place on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd., Newtown, PA 18940.  Please arrive by 9:45 AM.
