Dear John, Sean, and Erin, I am so sad to hear of Lil’s passing. What beautiful memories I have of her- the happy times in Brigantine, her amazing Thanksgiving dinners, her sweet sense of humor, practical wisdom, good sense, and loving heart. In hard times she was a rock that we could all count on- always someone we could trust. She was so talented with her crafts and so smart as a dietician. I will always remember how proud she was of her profession, saying “Dieticians are not cooks,” and she was a stupendous cook! I remember so many laughs with Pop Conway calling her Tiger Lily, and how she was such a loving, kind, devoted mother to Sean and Erin- how proud she was of John and how supportive when he was studying for his doctorate... how she loved those granddaughters...so many good times. Please know how much we all admired and loved Lil, and that we share in your sorrow.
