I first met John on a beautiful fall day talking over the fence on Woodland Rd. I was a new neighbor and seeing me outside he called over to compliment the colorful fall leaves. This began my friendship with John. He was funny and great to talk with. He lived through so much always having an interesting story to share. Having had some experience with my first husband’s love of British cars I could appreciate his MG passion. His mechanical abilities were to be admired as well as his carpentry on the Flourtown house later. I met Pat about a year after I met John and totally enjoyed their vibe. My children got to know them and loved them. In Flourtown when the gardening got to be a bit too much for John he hired my son Jesse to help him. I am happy that Jesse had the chance to get to know and appreciate John. We both send love to Pat , Brad, Mark and their families. The love you all shared is evident in the slide show. We know how much John will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with John at ASO in the Naval Aviation Source Development Department, he was a professional individual with a great sense of humor, which was truly needed to work with our cast of characters. My deepest respect for John and sympathy for his family. RIP Buddy!
